From KENTRON experience comes the first complete system of protective vests for dogs "THE PROTECTOR" consisting of 4 types of vests with 4 different degrees of protection. Evolution of the first vest born in 2007 and sold in hundreds of specimens to owners of hunting dogs and not only, thanks to continuous improvements and updates of materials, we are now able to offer a range of products ranging from the simple anti-thorn vest to the most resistant vest able to protect your dogs from wolf bites or wild boar attacks, with 4 levels of protection.
The external part is in original Cordura®, light, robust and resistant to rubbing, it protects and preserves the integrity of the jacket from brambles and thorns even in particularly harsh environments and being treated it prevents the passage of water thus avoiding the weight of the vest in the event of rain or the presence of pools of water. Of course, the high visibility orange color helps to identify the animal.
The protection, depending on the version and therefore the degree of protection, can be in Kevlar®, Dynafelt® or Kombo and, as always, maintains a lightness and softness that favor a much more relaxed approach by the dog. The internal materials allow protection from holes caused by animal teeth or sharp objects, as detected during tests carried out in specialized laboratories, significantly increasing the percentage of survival of the animal following attacks by wild animals to the extent of the degree of protection chosen for the vest.
Depending on the vest models, there are tapes with high-strength YKK "tank" zippers or adjustment via straps and Velcro to allow the size to be adjusted according to the animal's build during the various months of the year which can be used individually or combined at the same time.
The collar can accommodate a collar up to 25 mm and also a possible biper. The new measures allow the protection of 3/4 of the animal's body and the design of the shoulder area allows fluid movements of the animal even when running without leaving uncovered spaces as in other vests.
The particular ventral shape allows the use of the IMMUNIS and INCONSUMPTOS vests on males and females without distinction, while the flap on the INVICTUS and IMPENETRABILIS makes it the first Dual Sex vest for males or females, further increasing the protection in the ventral area of the dogs, moreover the most exposed and at risk.
