3M PELTOR™ SPORT TAC™ is a foldable electronic headband with headband and electronic noise reduction valve with DAT technology that closes and attenuates noise up to a non-harmful threshold; once the surrounding noise level has returned, the headset returns to the set amplification level. The SPORT TAC™ is stereo, therefore able to perceive the direction of the sound and reproduce the capabilities of the ear. It offers a good protective capacity and the convenience of having low profile cups to favor shooting with long weapons and the ability to fold to offer less bulk. There is a hunting set-up including two interchangeable green and orange cups and a sport version with two black and red cups. It works with 2 1.5V AA batteries (included in the package) which give it an autonomy of approximately 600 hours. Ideal for hunting, sport shooting, simulations, exercises in closed or open ranges.
